About Ayurvedic treatments

Ayurveda is a traditional medicine that originated in India about 5000 years ago. It is derived from Ayus (life) and Vedas (science and wisdom). Ayurveda is filled with the wisdom of living a healthy, beautiful, and comfortable life by knowing your current physical and mental condition and reviewing your irregular lifestyle and diet to enhance your natural healing power.

At yujuna, we add the Japanese essence to traditional Indian Ayurveda with treatments learned at the authentic Kerala Ayurveda Academy in India and theories learned from Dr. Machiko Nishikawa, the leading Ayurveda expert in Japan. . We offer Ayurvedic treatments unique to Japan.

By moderately stimulating marma (like acupuncture points), it promotes the flow of srotas (meridians) and improves the disorder.

Counseling is performed so that even first-time customers can receive treatment with peace of mind, and we ask about each person's physical condition, constitution, and preferences, and perform custom-made treatments.

Sustaining life is a state in which Vata-Pitta-Kapha interacts.

When these are in balance, we are healthy, and when they are out of balance, we get sick.

Know your current balance of "Vata, Pitta, Kapha" and restore the original state of balance.

Abhyanga abhyangam

Abhyanga literally translates to 'treatment of applying oil' and also means 'loving hands'. It is the most basic treatment in Ayurveda.

We offer a custom-made massage with all hands using oils that match the customer's constitution and request. The oil penetrates deep into the body, entangles the waste matter that has accumulated in the body, and activates the cells. Abhyanga is followed by perspiration using a bedrock beat mat to remove toxins entrained in oil.

Using traditional Ayurvedic techniques and a meridian approach, this oil massage works on the muscles and nerves, releasing tension, relieving stress, and leading to beauty.

Recommended for those who want to relax their whole body.

Counseling, according to the physical condition of the customer at that time

Optional menu such as herbal ball massage, garshana, picchu

I will add it to the oil massage.

(Additional charges do not apply to option menus)

After the oil tree massage, sweating will be gradually warmed from the core of the body with a bedrock heat mat kneaded with natural ore from Takachiho, Miyazaki Prefecture.

shirodhara

A unique Ayurvedic treatment in which liquid is slowly dripped onto the forehead. It makes you feel as if you are floating on water, relaxing your mind and body.

Recommended for those who suffer from stress, eye strain, insomnia, facial dullness, headaches, etc.
